Welcome Lunch & Mauna Kea

Let’s kick off the weekend with a relaxed pizza party! This will be a chance to meet everyone and settle into Ninole. After lunch, we will make the optional trek to Manua Kea to witness an amazing sunset & spend the night stargazing. Spend some time reading up on the nuances of traveling to Mauna Kea (acclimating to the elevation, needing a car with 4WD for summitting, etc.)

Date: Friday, June 6, 2025
Time: Lunch will begin around noon and we will head to the mountain around 4pm.
Location: Our AirBnB in Ninole (34-1106 Hawaii Belt Rd, Ninole HI 96743) / Manua Kea

Dress Code: Casual - whip out the floral top, shorts, and your comfiest flip-flops or pretend you're put together in a polo and slacks. Anything goes.

Ceremony & Reception

We’ll exchange vows in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the ocean.

Dress Code: While the ceremony will be a bit more formal, the vibe will still be relaxed and intimate. The dress code is cocktail attire.

For men: Suit & Tie.
For women: Cocktail dresses, elegant skirts or pants with blouses, jumpsuits, or sari.
Comfortable footwear for after the ceremony is encouraged, as we’ll be in the backyard of the AirBnB.
